Inspections
We make this process as painless for the customer as possible by liaising directly with your surveyor on your behalf. We will also organise any on site meeting and work required to facilitate the smooth completion of your plant inspection.
Services will include:
- Boiler valve removal
- Furnace cleaning
- Water side scale removal
- Boiler fire tube cleaning
- Service and certification of valves via our contract partner
- Completion of part 2 working tests with surveyor
5 Year NDT
In addition to the standard yearly inspection we will carry out:
- Removal of cladding to facilitate ultrasonic testing
- Polishing metal surfaces to be tested
- Remove and replace refractories
