Established in 2000 in Lincoln by Steve Cook, Steve was a time served boiler engineer who began his career with an apprenticeship in Ruston Boiler Works starting in 1963. SAC Boiler Plant Ltd originally provided consultancy advice and limited service work until Dan Cook joined the company in 2005. Dan was an established boiler engineer in his own right with an electrical and commercial heating bias.

Together their combined industry experience increased company knowledge and facilitated expansion with regard to maintenance and repair of industrial and commercial heating plant. In 2012 David Turner joined the company, a former colleague of Dan’s. David brought with him an extensive engineering background and a network of contacts built through his own time as a commercial service engineer, enabling the company to further expand its client base.

Since then the company has further expanded, taking on more engineers, some of which were already time served and some the company then trained ‘from scratch’, all with their own engineering biases. This has allowed the company to continue to provide service and repair for customers in settings ranging from municipal buildings, to healthcare and manufacturing.
